This Stage-2 sealed cold air intake produces 13 hp. 21 lbs. x ft. torque and outflows the factory intake by 19%. Fully enclosed in a heat-shielding molded plastic housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features auxiliary inlet duct that can be plugged or left open for better airflow. The attractive black aluminum cover provides access to the filter for servicing as well as a great look. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. No cutting of the OE wire harness; aFe has provided a harness to relocate the smog pump.

Sealed Intake Design – A completely sealed rotomold plastic housing with a black aluminum top keeps warm engine air out and allows for a cooler fresher denser air intake charge.

Auxiliary air scoop – The sealed housing features an auxiliary air inlet scoop that allows for increased air volume into the intake for increased performance and improved throttle response.

5-1/2″ Conical Air Filter – This intake utilizes a huge 5-1/2″ conical Pro DRY S performance air filter for maximum flow. This 3-layer progressive non-synthetic air filter provides maximum convenience.

Relocation Bracket – This one-piece black powder-coated bracket relocates the OE smog pump which sets aFe apart from everyone else.

Dyno Tuned Intake Tube – The intake tube has been engineered and dyno tested for maximum air flow and velocity for increased performance. All emissions components and bracket locations are used for a hassle-free installation.

No Cutting Installation – aFe has included a harness extension to make the installation simple and hassle-free while keeping that OE look. No cutting or splicing of the OE wire loom.
